On behalf of our client, Best Talent is now searching for an Outside Sales Representative Europe, primarily focusing on the DACH region.

The Challenge
They are looking for an approachable, self-driven, and insightful Outside Sales Representative motivated by opening new doors as much as nurturing the relationships you’ve built. You’ll help them scale their direct business across Europe in Academia, Biotech, and Pharma by shaping the way they hunt for new business and meeting their customers in real life. Most importantly, you’ll be ensuring that their clients continuously feel confident and excited to work with them and their patented ClinoStar® and ClinoReactor® technology.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own your territory You’ll have the influence to develop and execute your sales plan, prioritize key accounts, and focus your time where it matters most to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Find and win new business You’ll prospect, qualify and close new opportunities while growing existing accounts through thoughtful follow-ups and value-driven conversations
- Engage with clients deeply You’ll meet their clients regularly where they are; in their labs or offices and run impactful demos and workshops (on-site and virtual) with their Field Application Scientists to guide them toward successful adoption
- Own the full sales cycle You’ll manage the entire sales cycle with autonomy; from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while keeping your pipeline healthy, your forecasts accurate, and your CRM tidy
- Be present in the community You’ll represent Celvivo at conferences, trade shows and regional events to expand their footprint and stay close to the latest in 3D cell culture
- Collaborate closely with colleagues You’ll work hand-in-hand with Marketing and Product to tailor messaging, share market insights, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
Talent
Ideally you can see yourself in these qualifications:
- A science-first mindset with a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 3–5 years of field sales experience in Life Sciences, Biotech Tools, or Medical Devices, with a clear track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with lab workflows and/or cell biology; experience with 3D cell culture or adjacent technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: you’re as comfortable discussing data as you are mapping a workflow
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable with frequent travel across your territory (approximately 60–75%)
Fluent in English; another European language is a strong plus.
