The Challenge
They are looking for a curious, empathetic, and strategically strong Channel Partner Director to help them scale globally through an exceptional network of distributors and resellers. You’ll be the heart of their commercial expansion in APAC, shaping how their technology reaches new markets and ensuring their partners feel confident and excited to represent them and their patented ClinoStar® and ClinoReactor® technology.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop the Channel strategy Shape the channel strategy by defining how they grow their partner ecosystem, segmenting geographies, and setting up a scalable partner program with clear incentives, contracts and governance
- Recruit and onboard the right partners You’ll identify high-potential distributors, negotiate agreements, and give them the tools, training, and confidence to succeed
- Manage and drive partner growth You’ll be the primary relationship manager and ensure growth through joint business planning, pipeline development, and active sales execution, always keeping a close eye on performance and long-term success through KPIs (revenue contribution, deal registration, forecast accuracy, etc.)
- Enable and support partners Through collaboration with marketing and their Field Application Scientists, you’ll deliver campaigns, training, workshops, and product updates that keep sales teams engaged and motivated
- Stay close to the field You’ll travel regularly to meet partners, attend events, and keep a finger on the pulse of market dynamics across regions
- Be the bridge internally You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Management to align priorities, share market insights, and continuously refine their approach to the market and product development
Talent:
Ideally you can see yourself in these qualifications:
- A science-first mindset with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, business, or a related field (advanced degree is preferred)
- 8+ years of commercial experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Medical Devices, with at least 3–5 years in channel or partner management
- A proven track record of building and scaling distribution or partner networks internationally
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across cultures and markets
- Hands-on and strategic: you’re equally comfortable defining a model and executing it yourself
- Comfortable with 50–60% international travel
- Fluent in English; an additional language is a strong plus
