The Challenge
Are you interested in taking the talent acquisition strategy to the next level and being a part of a skilled and dedicated team in the People & Culture organisation.? Devoteam is expanding and will double the number of employees in the coming years, and you will play a key role in this achievement.

You will work to:

  • Develop the Danish talent acquisition and employer branding strategy
  • Identify the tools, the digital media points, and the collaboration partners needed for an effective acquisition strategy
  • Be the trusted partner to leaders and to HR business partners on resource planning and how to engage and recruit the talent the business needs
  • Support the leaders in the recruitment process and ensure high-quality interviews and assessments
  • In collaboration with Marketing and the headquarter in France, develop, and drive activities, campaigns, and content for relevant platforms and forums to ensure future talent
  • Participate in Group HR Community meetings to understand and prepare for coming events and activities within recruitment and employer branding
  • Develop a one-Devoteam onboarding program across the Devoteam Denmark’s 6 business units


To succeed, you must think strategically and act operationally to ensure a good collaboration with colleagues, employees, and management. The workforce consists of +350 consultants and 6 business units, so this takes a good understanding of professional and cultural differences and additional ability to tailor your communication to the audience at hand.

Your Talent
We imagine that you have minimum 5 years of experience within talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably within tech. You have experience from building and executing a brand-new talent acquisition and employer branding strategy. You are passionate about recruiting and attracting key talent within IT tech, cyber trust, and data analytics. You find it exciting to play a key role in an organization with an aggressive growth strategy where attracting the best talent is crucial.

You have:

  • A master’s in HR, business administration, communication, or similar
  • A proven track record in identifying and hiring talent in demand and hard to find
  • A robust recruitment toolbox
  • Familiar with psychometric assessment methods and experience in leadership feedback
  • Experience with building and driving a talent acquisition strategy
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Excellent English and Danish skills both verbally and in writing

As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and have a can-do attitude. You are good at engaging with stakeholders on all levels and challenging them in a frank and respectful way.
