The Challenge
You will be responsible for lead generation as well as identifying potential customers through various online channels such as social media, e-mail campaigns, and websites. You support and develop customers, always aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service. All in close cooperation with Peers, Outside Sales, Service and Business Development Managers.
This role is an important part of the team which collaborates with current and new customers, supporting in handling inquiries, providing accurate product information, and creating quotations. You will also work to develop and expand customer relationships, identify new customers and understand the needs and future initiatives.
The Digital Sales Advisor will be main responsible for new lead generation and follow up on incoming requests from the market.
Therefore, your key responsibilities are:
- Initiating contact with new and previous customers to set up digital meetings and get RFQ’s
- Lead generation through calls, social media etc.
- Cover all business areas in Askalon, with the support of colleagues in both Denmark, Sweden & Finland
- In charge of smaller projects with cross business unit scope, together with Outside Sales when applicable
- Independent communication with customers and suppliers

- Strong computer/IT skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in both Danish and English
