The Team
In the business unit Pharma Øresund, Danish and Swedish colleagues work together on both sides of Øresund with exciting assignments. The QA & Validation team provides services and work as external consultants and are e.g. responsible for generating VMP, VP, FAT, SAT, and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and executing the associated tests. The Challenge
As an important part of the team, you are responsible for leading, planning and executing activities within the quality field. You will act as a trusted advisor, both externally towards customers in the role as Senior Project Quality Manager and internally in cross disciplinary Pharma projects. Furthermore, if you have the experience and interest, you could be given the task to act as key person in building the new QMS System within the company.

You have the confidence to develop and plan the strategy within the QA field from CD to implementation of essential GMP Pharma projects.

AFRY has several teams working close to the production and their assignments and projects including production- or analysis equipment, facilities, media, or digital systems. Therefore, you get the opportunity to alternate and work with a variety of customers and tasks. This gives you the chance to continuously meet new challenges and grow.

You will use your extensive knowledge within the area to advise in complicated quality matters. You will get an important role as you act as the project owner with a considerable responsibility towards the clients and the team.

An important part of the position is to communicate with a long range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will cooperate with colleagues and customers to ensure the quality in their deliveries.

In the projects you work together with your colleagues, and AFRY trusts in your ability to take responsibility for your part of the projects. You are analytical and can take the big picture into consideration without losing track of your continuous delivery. All in all, you are a brave and devoted team player - just like them!
You will report to Team Lead QA+V, business area Food & Pharma.

Your Talent
To thrive in the role, you like to be in front using your natural authority being the expert, developping the strategy and at the same time act as the Senior Project Quality Manager you are.

The ideal candidate possesses the following experience and competences:

Experience as Project Manager and with stakeholder management
A degree within Engineering or a scientific degree within Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedicine or similar or extensive relevant experience
Relevant experience for the role from the Pharma and/or Medtech sector
Minimum 8+ years of experience working in the GXP environment
You have extensive documentation experience from the Pharma industry and understand how to use the knowledge when planning and executing the strategy for the client
Have a digital flair and preferably experience from working with validation of IT/OT systems
Great communication skills
Fluent in English and Danish or Swedish, written and spoken
B-drivers license
