Best Talent was founded in July 2003 by Helle Jørnung.  Helle has a background of 17 years’ experience in the medical industry including international and executive level responsibilities in management and marketing. It was therefore natural to become specialized within Life Sciences.

In 2006 Janne Kofoed became Managing Partner. Janne Kofoed has an international carreer within Supply Chain Management, Production and Project Management. In a position as European Business Manager,  Janne was responsible for international sales, development and production planning, leading a group of 120 employees and important subcontractors.

Best Talent is specialised in Executive Search & Selection services within Engineering, Pharma & the Life Sciences sector (Pharma, Medtech, Biotech). We have with success, since 2003, been handling various types of assignments on both strategic and tactical levels and across numerous business areas. Best Talent have rapidly grown to become one of the preferred collaborative partners in the Life Sciences sector, thanks mainly to our highly qualified employee’s background, our experience and network.
