Your Challenge
As a proactive Systems Sales Engineer, you will be working at the heart of the business. By creating leads and sales opportunities you will interact with prestigious companies and organizations in Denmark and in cooperation with the team, you create state-of-the-art solutions for our customers. At the same time, you will join a company where you can learn from the best engineers in the industry. You will be promoting and helping customers to monitor, control and protect new and existing clients with safety and process control systems and digital transformation software.

Your role:

  • Create strategies to successfully engage target accounts and contacts
  • Frequently interact with customers to secure interest in the offered solutions
  • Proactively call into prospective customers and create new business leads and opportunities
  • Provide relevant information to prospects and propose solutions to continue “the buying journey”
  • Develop and grow your customer portfolio across the country
  • Secure business intelligence of the market, customer business drivers and business situatio
  • Build internal relationships within the Emerson organisation, locally and globally
  • Be an active team member on large opportunities and positively contribute to team spirit
  • Prepare and participate in the annual budget by product/value/period
  • Contribute to generating new business opportunities

Your Talent
You have the desire to go the extra mile, develop the sales, reach the goal, and excel. Most importantly you are persistent and determined in your efforts. You have comparable work experience in direct sales and technical business development in combination with an engineering degree or similar. Likely you have experience and knowledge from process and/or industrial automation.

You think strategically and in an analytical way, when prioritizing your efforts. You are eager to make things happen and to reach your sales targets. You are commercially skilled and like to interact with customers and other external and internal stakeholders, first and foremost by representing a highly professional and competent organization when facing the market.
