Da BIOFAC er en mindre virksomhed, vil en hel naturlig del af arbejdet derfor være både udførende og koordinerende og med ansvar for gruppen.
As the new Account Manager in Sweden, you bring products to the market from the market leader within solutions for laboratory rotary evaporation. Whether the client operate in R&D or quality control, the solutions that Büchi offer are tailor-made to cover a wide range of distinct needs and achieve highest convenience. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a territory business plan for the growth of the Büchi business in line with company targets and goals. You manage existing business and customers within the territory as well as actively seeking out new potential business. You take an active part of the Büchi team meetings and support the business as required.
Your main responsibility will be to lead the Analytical Development area and help set the direction for the analytical activities within the development projects. You will lead, advice, coach and develop your employees, and support them in their role in the CMC project teams. You will ensure ambitious analytical strategies and solutions and follow-up on activities and resources. This includes participation in setting, communicating and following up on goals for the department as well as ensuring continuous development in tools and processes. You work in close collaboration with the other Managers in the Division and with your colleagues across the R&D organization.

As part of the PV Physician team, you also participate in cross-functional projects of further development of processes.
As Global Sales Director, your main responsibility will be to create and execute the global commercial strategy of Immudex and to build up a sales force and an efficient marketing organization and directing the commercial resources to achieve revenue and profit goals. You will be responsible for operating costs of your departments and the global revenue generation. You will lead the sales and marketing team and work closely together with executive staff, customer support, R&D etc. to coordinate the efforts to achieve strategic positioning and growth of the market share. You perform and execute the plans of action and coordinate the resources to support specific revenue generating activity and customer satisfaction. You will actively take part in maintaining and growing the customer base, among others, by managing sales processes and performing visits to customers to establish optimal solutions for their technical challenges and applications of Immudex’ products.
