Can you think strategically, create coherence cross border, and secure the continued favourable development in new and existing markets?

The European market has great growth potential, and you will be given the responsibility to develop both the direct sales and a new distribution network in Europe. You will also have direct influence and responsibility on developing a German organisation. As the new Sales Manager Europe, you will lead the development of the business both within existing and new customer relationships.

You will focus on direct sales and the sales initiated by the team. Driving the process from first customer contact through issuing offers in corporation with the Team till entering the agreements and securing the customer satisfaction and recurrent sales.

Your team consist of 5 Key Account Managers reporting directly to you whereof 3 are covering the Danish market and 2 abroad. You lead, plan, and develop the Sales and international Business Development and are fully responsible for the targets set in cooperation with the CEO.

Ropox focuses on delivering successful projects to the market, with the intention to improve people’s living standards. The leader, Ropox is looking for, works through coaching and values a people culture characterized by cooperation and genuine, good relationships.

You have shown strong leadership skills and are motivated by making your team perform their very best

You have a strong business background combined with relevant commercial education and understanding and documented experience from a similar role, preferably in international surroundings.

Your focus is on good quality, profitability, and growth and know how to grow a business and further develop an already well-known brand in both national and international markets. As Ropox delivers project sales to their customers, they value experience from project implementation, preferably from international ones.

You are an energetic and decisive person, but still coaching and humble in your way to lead. You believe that it is important to listen to your team and that you as a leader are responsible for taking care of and enabling your team and team members to evolve.

The preferred candidate possesses the following qualities and experience:

  • Strategic B2B Project Sales experience
  • Strong international profile – particularly so on the European Markets including the Nordics
  • Experience with international strategic sales development, prioritizing and implementation of strategic action plans
  • Building a network of relevant distributors and establishing processes within the network
  • Negotiation talent and a sincere interest in the market development directly, indirectly and via leading the sales team

On the personal level you are open minded, communicative, and positive. You are a strong team player and appreciate the value of building good and lasting commercial relations. In corporation with customers, partners, and colleagues you naturally create trust and respect around your person. Your working style is structured and analytical and you have documented results.
