Global Clinical Operations is responsible for planning and execution of clinical trials in phase 1 - 4 within all therapeutic areas in Ferring Pharmaceuticals. The department is moving in to a transition period with focus on optimized processes and teamwork to ensure efficient delivery of high quality and timely trial data
Global Clinical Operations is now looking for two new competent colleagues to complete the team and support the development of the functional area. You will be part of a dynamic team with approx. 40 engaged and dedicated people in a stimulating international environment, where you will have high influence on the working processes.

You can expect to be working towards achieving the highest standards of current practice in order to fulfill the company’s needs for clinical data acceptable worldwide. Together with colleagues and clinical team members, you will be responsible for the delivery of agreed trials. This will be defined in the trial outline/protocol and operational plan and you will work according to the quality, budget and timelines. As a Senior you may have a main role in larger programs involving several regions with high complexity and/or high company priority.
Your essential tasks will be:
• Plan, deliver and conduct all clinical trial activities (start-up, operational conduct and closure)
• Collaborate with Clinical Project Leader for phase 1-4 trials
• Participate in CRO selection and communicate expectations
• Give input to and review CRO contracts with respect to tasks, budget and timelines
• Liaise with clinical trial team members regarding trial design and protocol preparation and contribute to the production of the final trial protocol
• Contribute to development of the operational plan and risk management plan
for the conduct of the clinical trial
• Develop sponsor oversight plan and oversee day-to-day responsibility of the CROs
on the given trials
• Handle trial risks and trial budget
• Communicate timelines, manage stakeholders and report progress for the clinical trials

You hold an academic degree in Life Science or similar. As a CTM you have worked for at least 2 years with clinical trial management. As a Senior CTM at least 7 years’ experience in managing clinical trials (1 – 4) and used to handle larger multi-national trials. First-hand experience with trial management and clinical drug development is of course essential to your success. Today, you want to progress and desire to make a real difference in a leading Biopharmaceutical company within reproductive health, urology and gastroenterology.
